Comfort and low bills
Propane-butane gas is extremely convenient for use in the household as well, especially in areas, where there is no CHP or other type of central heating. For this purpose, tanks with a volume of 990 sm3 to 5 000 cm3, and sometimes bigger. Installation is underground or above ground.
Our representatives will come and advise you on the possibilities of placing the tank, the volume, which would do the best job according to your consumption and needs. After determining the exact parameter of the tank and its location, the coordination of the kitchen power installation follows, the boiler, hot water heater, etc.
We at Bul Max Gas can offer you a tank rental and deposit. In case of rent, we will invoice you once a year. In the case of consignment, it is sufficient to make a security deposit, which is refunded after the tank is returned at the end of the contract. Bul Max Gas remains the owner of the tank and takes care of its maintenance and annual inspection by technical supervision.
STEPS TO BUILD A HOME INSTALLATION
PRELIMINARY SITE ASSESSMENT
Bul Max Gas representative, will come to advise you on the place of installation of the tank and everything necessary in terms of design, technical supervision and any other information, which would be useful to you. We can also help you in building the Internal network if you wish, for which we will prepare an additional offer.
SIGNING A CONTRACT
After we prepare the offer and it is approved by you, we proceed to sign a contract, in which we specify all the design details, construction and commissioning.
NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
We will need a title deed to start designing, extract from the land commission plan, and in special/certain cases – a sales contract, consent of the owner in case of tenancy.
DESIGN
Our designer will prepare the technical documentation for the propane-butane gas supply and storage system. If the client wishes, the design of an internal propane-butane gas consumption system can also be included in the project.
PERMISSION
After we finish designing, our employee will submit the projects to a licensed technical supervisor, which will confirm the possibility of building the installation and whether it meets all technological and fire requirements.
INSTALLATION
To install the tank, it will be necessary to build a concrete foundation, which may also be offered and fulfilled by us. In this way, you have no obligation to build the mandatory sub-concrete. After the preparatory work is completed, Bul Max Gas supplies and installs the tank.
TECHNICAL HANDOVER AND ACCEPTANCE
Bul Max Gas contractor, in the presence of the licensed technical supervision, performs the necessary tests on the tank and gas pipeline and instructs the client on the correct operation of the gas supply system and the facilities.
FILLING THE TANK
After the successful completion of the tests and the technical handover and acceptance, the ordered amount of propane-butane gas is delivered.
